Welcome to Croydon Chess Club
We are a family-friendly club for chess players of all ages and skill levels.
Junior Club - Thursdays 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Our Junior Club is for Primary School aged children. It meets each Thursday during school terms. Normally, there is a group coaching session followed by a tournament game.
There is a beginners group for younger players.
Youth Club - Tuesdays 6:15pm to 7:15pm
Our Youth Club is for Secondary School aged children and skilled younger players. It meets each Thursday during school terms. Normally, there is a group coaching session followed by a tournament game.
Due to increased demand, there is now also a beginners group for younger players.
Senior Club - Thursdays from 7:30pm
Our Senior Club is for Adults and capable juniors. It meets each Thursday during school terms. The focus is on tournament play with occasional coaching nights.
New players are welcome to give our club a try. Please contact the secretary.
